Essential Well-being Returns Policy

Essential Well-being hope that you are delighted every time you shop with us. However, occasionally we know you may want to return items.

We’ll gladly accept returns for any products purchased from Essentialwell-being.co.uk and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date in its original condition and packaging.

Should you have a skin response to your Skin care product please contact us for advice at sales@essentialwell-being.co.uk.

All returns must be pre-approved by us.

Please contact us at sales@essentialwel-being.co.uk within 48 hours should you have any discrepancies with your order.

We cannot refund postage for your return.

To return a product:

• Place the unused item in its original condition and original shipper packaging
• Contact our us at sales@essentialwel-being.co.uk to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
• Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund
