Set out below are the terms and conditions on which we will supply products listed on the following website:

Any contract for any products which you purchase using this website will be between you and Essential Well-being (Spalding)Ltd.
Essential Well-being (Spalding) Ltd. has its registered office at 9, London Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 2TA.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any products. Please understand that by purchasing products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and should record a copy for future reference.
Orders and Shipping
Essential Well-being is under no obligation to supply the products ordered.
No additions or changes may be made to an order once placed.
Essential Well-being will automatically refund you for any products we are unable to supply.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided to us when you place your order.
Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 14 days after your order has been placed. Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.
We are not liable for any losses caused by late delivery or non-delivery.
Ownership of the products will pass to you when the goods are delivered to the address you requested when ordering.
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Price and Payment
All prices include VAT, but exclude delivery costs which will be added to the total amount due. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect any orders you have placed prior to the date of the change and which we have accepted.
Payment for all Products must be by credit, debit card, or PayPal.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify at us via email https://www.essentialwell-being.co.uk/contact/ or phone 07960 003061 about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
